The Gerontology Association of Nova Scotia is pleased to be hosting its first ever networking evening. The cleverly titled Networking Tuesdays will be a recurring event on the second Tuesday of every month.

The location we have chosen for this HRM event is the Foggy Goggle, at 1667 Argyle St. Relax and socialize with new and past colleagues while enjoying  the great food, beverages, and specials available at the Foggy Goggle, a comfortable and friendly lounge and eatery in downtown Halifax. Every month we will have a very brief 5-10 minute talk on a topic of interest to those in the field of aging, and then open the floor to discussion. It’s a relaxed, social event where you can have a drink or bite to eat while meeting new and interesting people.  The 10-minute  topic being presented this month is “Meet the Gerontology Association of Nova Scotia”

Whether you’re a professional, student, community group member, or interested individual, you’re  welcome to join us!   Be sure to bring along your friends and colleagues.

Networking Tuesdays take place on the 2^nd Tuesday of each month from 5 pm – 7 pm, at the Foggy Goggle (April 13th, May 11th, June 8th, July 13th, August 10^th, September 14^th, etc.
